How did we get started in this business?

We are Rob and Aimee Downing, long time Oswego residents.  We are both long distance runners.  When training for our marathons, we like to mix up our runs and we end up in and out of all kinds of neighborhoods.   One thing we kept noticing were all these nasty dark streaks and stains on the roofs of our neighbor’s homes.  Then we saw that our home had the exact same streaks!   And it wasn’t just our roof.   The entire north side of our home including our siding and our concrete patio were also growing the same gross things.  And so after a lot of research and training, Wash Pros of Illinois was born.  We are fully Licensed,  Insured, and Certified and we care about our work.   When our neighbors entrust us to work on their homes,  we try to see our work through our “Customer Eyeglasses.”   We will give you an honest assessment of your real needs and will treat your property as if it was our very own.  We are family owned and operated, have over 20 years of experience in exterior home maintenance, and would love for you to entrust your home exterior needs to us.
